About me
My journey began during an extremely challenging period of my life. I’d become a single parent to my 9 month old baby, and had to return to work at my corporate job in London. I found it very stressful balancing motherhood with work and co-parenting, and after two years I experienced a breakdown, which led to me having a stroke just before my daughter’s 3rd birthday.
Through these adversities, I recognised I needed to change, and focus on my mental health and wellbeing. I was fortunate enough to find a coach who helped me heal, and the extraordinary transformation I experienced ignited a deep passion for helping others achieve the same level of freedom.
My clients are often women who struggle with self-belief, confidence, and unresolved childhood trauma, leading to anxiety, burnout, ‘stuckness’, and a constant feeling of not being good enough, or failing in some way.
I provide a safe, non-judgmental space for them to unpack their mental clutter, keeping what’s helpful and clearing what’s not. My unique approach combines humour, honesty, and intuition to help clients release embedded patterns of hurt and shame, empowering them to rise to their fullest potential. I aim to always be open, vulnerable and human with my clients, so we can really build a trusting relationship and get to the root cause of what the problem actually is.
Through our work together, clients experience profound transformations—overcoming fear of rejection, reconnecting with loved ones, gaining confidence, securing promotions, and improving relationships.
My goal is to help women strengthen their voice, let go of the past, experience peace in the present moment, and confidently pursue their dreams without guilt or fear of judgement.Through my sessions; I empower women to reclaim the confidence that is their birthright, overcome limitations and self-doubt, and live a life filled with passion, purpose, peace, fulfilment, and joy.
