About me
My journey to becoming a therapist and coach began with a deep curiosity about people and their backgrounds, and particularly what makes them react the way they do. Living and working in various countries throughout my life made me realize we are all affected by blocks preventing us from reaching our full potential.
I bring a passion for wanting to help people to my global client base of executives, entrepreneurs, and business owners who are fed up and want solutions.
Being sought out to give advice on building businesses has been a trend throughout my career so my client work often bridges personal help and business strategy.
In my late ‘20s I was asked to help launch a global nuclear fuel brokerage company. In the more than 25 years since then, experience from being a global manager and launching other companies helped me realise, and experience, the debilitating impact poor leadership style has on employee health and performance. I also help clients develop leadership style and how to effectively ‘manage up’ to senior leaders and/or the Board.
I have certifications in various coaching courses and therapeutic techniques. While I officially began coaching in 2015, my experience working with and motivating people goes back to the late 1990s.
I am regularly invited to give talks on mindset and confidence at corporate events and company retreats. I provide group coaching, contribute articles to various publications on the evolving world of neuroscience and how the brain changes, and hold workshops on personal development.
